Weight lose (part-3)
(kindly note that this type of articles are somewhat related to Ayurveda but this article is just my own opinion, our great ancient texts never told that type of weight loss tips)
In this part of my article, we are going to discuss about weight lose by yoga and exercise or by any other changes in your lifestyle.
I want to remind one thing is that we discussed about diet in previous part and now the second point of our discussion is vihara.
What is the meaning of vihara, you may ask. Ok, so vihar is concerned with your lifestyle and daily routine, it's all about exercise and yoga or workout specially for our weight lose goal.
So, I want to suggest some exercise, which can helps to lose weight. But before that we will discus about some points which will help us to lose weight.
Point 1: Avoit late night dinner
According to Ayurveda one should complete the dinner before sunset in evening.
Because due to late night dinner or dinner after sunset is cause of production of aam (due to improper digestion), because agni(digestive fire) will become weak after sunset.
Also, Late night dinner and snacking up can slow down our digestion process and cause high blood sugar levels. This in turn causes bloating and an increase in abdominal fat.
Therefore, to wake up feeling replenished and with a slim tummy, avoid eating late or munching on unnecessary foods.
Point 2: Drink a fruity pitcher of water
If you want to rev up your weight loss journey, then it is essential that you drink a lot of water.
Drinking plenty of water keeps you satiated for a longer period of time and helps you avoid unnecessary calorie intake.
That said, make yourself accustomed to drinking 8 glasses of water before going to bed.
That said, you can also punch it up with some extra lemon, grapefruits and oranges, which promotes flushing out of all the toxins from the body.
Point 3: Get plenty of sleep
A study has found that sleep deprivation may cause a 32 percent more of visceral fat gain than a 13 percent gain among those who slept six or seven hours per night.
That said, it is crucial that you get a good night's sleep, if you want to wake up to a flat stomach.
Point 4: Scrunch on fruit
If you want to slim down your belly overnight, it is essential that you have a light meal and avoid foods that promote bloating.
That said, fruits are your best friend when it comes to losing weight and belly fat.
Fruits like apples are packed with healthy flavonoids and fibres that may help burn belly fat.
Therefore, if you wish to see a change in your belly, then it's time you switch to fresh fruits
OK, then now I'm going to suggest you Some best exercise and yoga for lose weight fast.
1. jump rope :
If the last time you held a jump rope was in grade school, it’s time to get back into the swing of things. This calorie-busting workout can burn up to 318 calories (for a 140-pound woman) every 30 minutes and your heart isn’t the only muscle that's working hard.
Jumping rope is a full-body workout. Fire up your quads and glutes to help you explode from the ground, and engage your core to keep you upright and stable as you land back down.
2. Kick boxing
Kickboxing is a great way to burn calories, sculpt muscles, and get some serious stress relief! By driving power from your legs, your arms are able to throw major jabs, crosses, hooks and uppercuts, making it a full-body exercise. It will also test your coordination and endurance all essential things that make you a better athlete in and out of the ring.
3. Burpee :
Burpee!! Is my all time favorite exercise. It'll helps you too much to lose weight immediately.
Only 7 days regular Burpee can lose your 2 to 3 kg, It's my own experience!!
You may ask that, how to do Burpee..
This one is that's how..
Step 1
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms at your sides. Push your hips back, bend knees, and reach palms to the ground to lower into a crouch.
Immediately lower back into a squat for the next rep. Repeat 8 to 12 times. Complete 3 sets.
Step 2
With hands shoulder-width on the floor directly in front of feet, and shift your weight to them to jump back and land softly in plank position.
Step 3
Jump feet forward so they land just outside of hands. Jump explosively into the air, reaching hands overhead or leaving by sides.
Mistakes and Tips:
This exercise effectively targets your core, chest, and legs simultaneously. Feel the burn and know you're building lots of lean muscle.
4. Squat
Start with feet hip-width apart, arms either at sides holding weights or clasped in front of chest.
Keeping weight in heels and back straight, sit hips back and bend knees to lower into a squat until thighs are parallel to the floor.
Remember to keep knees in line with toes the entire time. Maintain an even pace and rise back to start.
5. Mountain Climbers
Start in a plank position on the floor. Drive the right knee in toward chest without raising hips or allowing right foot to touch the floor.
Place right foot back in plank and repeat on the other side, driving the left knee in toward chest. Repeat, alternating legs.
Yoga for Weight lose :
1. Sun Salutations:
Do at least 10 Sun Salutations. You can increase the intensity by holding some of the positions for longer periods or by speeding up the pace.
2. Trikonasana or Triangle pose:
The trikonasana helps to improve digestion as well as reduce the fat deposited in the belly & waist.
It stimulates and improves blood circulation in the entire body.
The lateral motion of this asana helps you burn more fat from the waist and build more muscles in the thighs and hamstrings.
Though this pose does not make your muscles shake as others do, it does give you the benefit that other asanas do.
It also improves balance & concentration.
3.Parivrtta Utkatasana :
The Parivrtta Utkatasana is also called the Yoga’s version of the squat. But you must know that it is a little more intense and tones the abdominal muscles, works the quads and glutes. The asana also improves the lymph system and the digestive system. It is a great way to lose weight.
Even there are too much yoga and aasanas are available that helps you to lose weight.
