Health benefits of Chanting OM
We frequently hear from various influencers and experts about meditating upon the syllable 'OM', So what does it mean? What are the benefits ? Why should one do it? How to do it? All these questions arise right?

The syllable OM is basically made up of three syllables A-U-M.
The most obvious signal of life within the body is breath and the sanskrit name for it is प्राण वायु (Prana Vayu). Prana can be translated as 'Life'.
