Boil some cumin with 1 glass of water, boil it for 8 to 10 minutes and just have it.

2]. Asafoetida (Hing)
take 1 glass of hot water and add some pinch of asafoetida or hing.
it works like a medicine for weak digestive system.
3]. Isabgol (Psyllium husk)
it's a best remedy for constipation and diarrhoea.
If you are suffering from constipation then :-
add 1 big spoon of Isabgol in hot milk and just have it after meal or before sleep at night.
but if you are suffering from Diarrhoea then:-
add same amount of Isabgol in fresh curd and take it in early morning.
